Overview of Our Capital Campaign Program

Kick-Off Sunday in Braidwood, Illinois
Week 1            2 x 24 interview of staff, lay leaders and members to help us customize the program to your parish

Weeks 2-4    Preparation of campaign materials tailored to your  congregation

Week 5            2-Day Training Seminar for Leaders and development of Case Statement

Week 6-10    Communications and Word & Sacrament Teams begin
                            intensive work; all teams recruited

Week 11          Kick-Off During Worship; Begin filming video; remaining
                            teams begin tasks

Week 12          Spiritual Renewal materials mailed to members

Week 13            Three-week "Time in Wilderness " Spiritual Phase begins

Week 15            Spiritual Phase ends with a Prayer Vigil and Spiritual Pledge Sunday

Week 16-18       Three-week Stewardship Phase with Home Gatherings, Advance Pledge Inspiration Event

Week 19            Pledge Event Week 

Week 20-22     Follow-up with members who did not pledge

Week 23           Pledge Total announced on Celebration Sunday

Week 24           Follow Up Team creates thermometer and begins three-year process of
                              campaign awareness
